OK, so the replacements come from AN without any wiring.
Is there a mini-loom or something, the older versions had the wires soldered on.



Or do you need to have the old wires, and fit some slip-on connectors
Or brush up on your soldering skills ...

The 'loom' would be the new style headlamp harness that AN sells with bulb holder connectors...

...that the original headlamp harness doesn't have.



You could do that but then the over-length connections can clash with the headlamp reflector unless they are bent out of the way which AN doesn't seem to have taken into consideration with their new style harness.


You could do that (and cut the nuisance tabs off).

Or buy holders with wires and connect to the harness.

Hmmm, no bullets or bulbs or plastic coloured lens.

I didn't think just buying a red one would be so complicated ...

The complexities continue.
Although I don't know that it makes any difference, even a glance at the wiring here
reveals that one is wired the exact opposite to the other.


Perfect for LED operation if you need to reverse the polarity ?
Except these would have been done before LEDs were commonplace...

Also, some offerings appear not to be the same style as the originals.
The lens has a circular pattern to it.
