Can someone please post a picture of correct brake switch fitment on a Thunderbolt? '69 if that matters.
Checking with an ohm meter I could tell the switch is closed when the lever is in the full stop position. Any movement of the lever counter-clockwise, against the spring opened the switch. I don't see how to position things to put tension on the lever, and then release that tension to full lock position when the brake is applied. This is what I have.

That's an easy one:

Set the adjustment so it's pointing to 12 o'clock. It will move the lever backwards (open) when at rest and release it forward (closed) when you're on the brakes.

Thanks Marc. Checked it with an ohm meter. Seems to work. I've got about 3/4 inch of pedal movement.
Now that that's sorted out I'm off to adjust the clutch.
