Does anyone have any information, photos, history etc. of Icarus?
Twin 500cc pre-unit Triumph engines, twin superchargers, originally built as a speed record bike.
Anything welcome.

Interesting, but I don't think it's the same Icarus. The astute observer may be able to spot a single triumph engine.
The Icarus I am enquiring about has two engines

Perhaps I should have been clearer in my description:

Two supercharged 500cc pre-unit twins.

I think it's this one:

There was a twin engined Norton , Messenger and Chins', Pegasus, competed in the mid 1970s. Bike magazine was one of the sponsors.

Pegasus still runs.
I saw it at Dragstalgia at Santa Pod last year and the year before.
