Supposedly, in the early to mid '60's, Dick Mann designed a BB32R type of frame that was built by Adrian Moss in the U.K. for Gold Star powered dirt trackers.
Can anyone confirm this or provide more information?

The black frame is a NOS unstamped BB32R frame
The bare frame is the mystery frame

Update
I mav have the answer. Dennis Mahan was kind enough to look over the images and forwarded them on to Dick Mann. Dennis forwarded me a reply from Kay Mann.

"Dennis, Richard said it was one of his frames, but can't remember any details of this frame"

I sent additional photos for Kay to show to Dick. Hopefully, he may recall more details at a latter date.
