There are a number of different types of accommodation at the rally site.
Basic shared rooms, caravan hookup, camping and no-electric caravan in adjacent field.
Nearby extra villa's within the small village.

It is NOT a 400+ rally site like that which was used in the UK and Netherlands, it is designed for a smaller and much cheaper rally.

They assumed Italy 2016 would be a poor turn out and it wasn’t, still one of the best rallies I have done to date. Still I would like to go although fancier accomodation might have to be sought after should an extra pair of feet join the clan.

Well, I am hoping to go, I went to the last one in 1978, but this is retirement year. Who can tell what will happen in the next twelve months.
The accomodation does seem a bit lacking but Stan Pollack and I turned up for one of their rallies in the nineties and had a hotel to ourselves.
I agree with allan, the organization could prove better than expected. Probably lots of accomodation in town. Maybe worth a look at air bnb.

The booking forms have been sent to your National club rally secretaries.
Contact them for details,
Note: If you want indoor accommodation, then you need to reserve it in advance.

Thanks Andy, the rally looks really well priced! like very in-expensive.

Im going to sit in the undecided bracket at the moment regarding the rally though. We have a baby due at the beginning of the year and I want to see how things are then.

Come on - get your bookings in.
Contact your local BSA club to get the booking form, and come and dance badly around the bar.

UPDATE ON CZECH RALLY ...
At the moment, the rally is still going ahead.
The Czech club will look at the latest situation at the end of June, and then provide an update on the rally.
The rally ‘may’ be limited to a maximum number of participants, and if this happens, then places will be allocated dependent upon the date when I received your booking form. I stress, this limit may be a condition of the Czech government, BUT is currently unknown.

The state of the border crossings into the Czech Republic and other countries is unknown at the moment, and quarantine periods are also unknown.
Each country borders will have their own set of rules.

The deadline for new bookings has been extended, but may not guarantee a place, dependent on numbers.
Andy Lorenz, International Rally Secretary

Hello BSA friends,

The Czech club have got accommodation at a nearby villa, with the camping & caravans still being at the original site RSS Louti
I an still finding out if the full/half board food is still available at Louti

Travel Regulations
This site shows the current travel restrictions.
You can select which country you wish to travel to, and see what are the current regulations on travel.
https://reopen.europa.eu/en/map/CZE

Czech has some requirements at the current time
https://www.mvcr.cz/mvcren/docDetail.aspx?docid=22260036&doctype=ART
EU citizens (citizens of Iceland, Lichtenstein, Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, Andorra, Monaco, San Marino and Vatican are regarded as EU citizens):
They can enter the Czech Republic without the need to prove the purpose of entry or to limit the duration of stay on the territory. However,
If the EU citizen stayed in the last 14 days more than 12 hours in the red zone country, after the entry to the Czech Republic he or she has the obligation to contact a respective regional hygiene station, undergo a PCR test and submit the test result to the regional hygiene station within 72 hours from the day of entry;

So, from reading this, we can travel from the UK, but when entering Czech, we will need to submit our clean test result to the local hygiene station.

regards
Andy Lorenz

Information from the Czech Club
The people who request the accommodation in rooms will be placed in Pension Zizka nearby the Louti camp.
This pension is placed about 1 km from Louti camp and there will be also the rally office, where the participants will be checked-in and receive the start numbers and other necessary things.
Pension Zizka offers 47 beds in double rooms and the accessories is overall better like in Louti camp, so the accommodation capacity is sufficient.
Here is the website of Zizka pension: https://www.penzionzizka.cz/

The alimentation for participants will be secured in the country estate, which is also nearby the Louti camp.
The rally program remains without changes.
The prices could be slightly changed because of slowdown of Czech crown at this time (additional payment on site up to 20% max BUT this is against the Euro).
The accommodation tax will be paid on site too (only cash).
For people who haven't booked in advance, will be asked to pay eligible costs up to 50 % of ordered services (T-shirt, accommodation, rally fees...).
The information regarding the policy against Covid-19 and the contact with other states will be sent before performing of IR 2020 in sufficient advance.
We look forward to you on IR 2020 CZ, which will be a very interesting and successful event as we trust.

The level of risk for those traveling to the Czech Republic has changed, the UK now no longer requires a negative COVID19 test.
https://koronavirus.mzcr.cz/en/list-of-european-countries-according-to-the-level-of-risk/

It has been confirmed that there will be food available at the rally, and the full/half-board options will still be available.
Remember that when booking in, you will have to pay the rest of your rally fee and for any food / trips, and that this payment will be in Czech Crowns, credit cards are not acceptable.

I recommend that you take an E111 medical card with you, and also look at travel insurance.

Allan, the E111 card is valid until the 31st December 2020

https://www.nhs.uk/using-the-nhs/he...ree-ehic-european-health-insurance-card/
Healthcare during the transition period
There will be no changes to healthcare access for UK nationals visiting or living in the EU, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland before 31 December 2020.

You can continue to use your EHIC during this time, as you did before.

An EHIC is not a replacement for travel insurance. Make sure you have both before you travel.

You can continue to use your EHIC in the country you were visiting on 31 December 2020 for the duration of your visit to that country.

Hello everybody
Less than 6 weeks to go, then the rally will held, if the creek dont rise and the levee dont break.
Wonder if there are more people like Rene, Lena, Biggi and me will show up?
Would like to see some familiar faces.
