Has there been a picture posted here of the correct primary bolt that doubles as an oil drain plug on a 69 A65? If not I can guess again because it narrows down to one of two bolts.

Thank you in advance

looking at the cover from the screw at 3 o-clock count from that one clockwise 4 screws. (5:30) 2 more over 6:30 if the fill level screw.
I always pull the cover to clean out the clutch crumbs and check shoe wear and make sure stator wires are safe. I refill with 3-1/2 oz. of Harley BT primary fluid. not motor oil the older P-Fluid, some use Ford Type-F ATF

case screw behind chain adjuster is drain
case screw in front of chain adjuster is fill-level

this assumes that no one has fixed these designed leaks with some sealer .

Don't bother with the "level screw", just drain it and add the prescribed amount (140 cc). Primary oil should be changed often, at least as often as you change engine oil. Removing the cover as suggested by Bodine is prudent, perhaps not on every oil change, but now and then.
