Aw man
I hope you didn't dump it.
My frame guy here in Sacramento fixed my last A65 neck for $100

Is the rear of the frame looped/connected? I am looking for another to swap my hornet parts into.

Hi, if you don't get a taker for the whole frame I could really use the section between the LH footpeg lug and the LH upper engine mounting lug as I have a huge weld carbuncle where my sidestand lug used to be. I can repair it piecemeal but it would be better to weld a complete section in with the the welds in straight sections so I can use slugs for strength.

I guess I am 2nd in line but it will help save my 68 Spitfire and of course I will cover you costs and postage etc.

KC,

I'll take the seat front catch tab and the shocks if you want to let those go too ?

KC,

As long as they are British - Girlings, I will have a use for them. Maybe cutting at an angle, from in front of and behind the tab, in the shape of a V might be best ?

Funny, I was sure the Long Rear Seat tubes would be gone first, to someone with an Ex - Chopper resto. Swing arm Axel holes are good...... If I can get the pivot shaft out......

KC,

Please post this on the BSA forum and maybe a few others. My 1970 frame was missing the long rear top tubes and rear footrest support tubes among a couple other tubes and thankfully, I was able to get them from donor frames. I imagine there has to be a few members who haven't seen this thread for one reason or the other. I would hate for anyone to miss out before you scrap the rest. If you would prefer that I post it, I will gladly do it ?

Hi Allan,....... Good to know they got there OK, Thanks! I'm pleased with the Bits that went out in 4 directions, It WORKED! The old frame was saved from the dumpster, and a few other frames are now able to be repaired. I got a photo from the man grafting in the Kick stand frame section, and it looks great! It's been worth the effort.
