The header came on the bike, but I have no clue as to who made it. It looks as if it originally had some sort of end cap. It was plain metal, I painted it black.

Look similar to the one Hyde used to sell...but his were chrome I think?

The pictures are pretty dark. Does the rear mount bolt on? how about a photo from the front.

Yes, the rear mount bolts to the original exhaust hanger.
The three head pipes just shove into the collector.
Maybe this picture of the bike before I painted the exhaust will help.

David,
Is it the picture or is the rear section actually smaller in diameter than the header pipes? That certainly runs counter to what I would have thought.

Must be just the perspective, the exit diameter is about 3"

If Jack sold them they must have worked. It's a bit rough between 4 and 5K, but it screams on the top end.
