I had visitors from the UK this week. Gerry's brother with 4 friends from all over England. In town for a boxing match on Saturday.... Fun ... Too much fun wink
Well one of them live about 10 minutes from Morton on Marsh and these were his suggestions for Non touristy places to see (or not see)
There is usually free time for friends to organize some ride-outs days ..... Here is what he suggested.... Spelling may be wrong . A few pints in ya know beerchug

Bibury

Upper lower slaughter

Bourton on the water-- Main Street but good
(Broadway high street turn left for pictures)

Cirencester

North Leach

Stratford on Avon north

And
Don’t go to Stow on the Wold

Jack of all trades . Master of fun! wink

Beer is not the Answer.... Its the Question..... The answer is YES

I have talked to Tim on Facebook and it looks as though he'll be setting up his B50 with me, I hope!

The M21 may be a bit easier to start.

We finally have our flights dialed in. Getting a little more real now that everything's in order.
Bring it.

A few weeks back now, I asked @andylorenz how many pre regs were on file for the Rally? His answer, "over 400"

Well NOW you tell us!
Damn, there goes THAT. laugh
Are they more the "methamphetamine & whisky" types then, Shaun? Or is it "expensive jewelry & lavish tropical holidays"?

Come on, out with the info, lad - we've got to get our game on here... laughing

AND another thing y'all gotta remember dudes, having a pocket full of English coins, is NOT the same as a pocket full of American coins. Depending on what them coins are, you COULD buy a night in a hotel, fish and chips, and a few pints, and STILL have change left over... wink

Also please remember, any old paper money, especially them dirty £20 notes. All need to be handed over to ME at the Rally, they're no good and I'll dispose of them in a safe way, no need to worry about that... thumbsup

Hail hail the gangs all here.... 420 hardcore BSA fans and riders, in a great place for a rally. Shaun and Tom and Cynthia and me took off from Shaun's and Janette's place in Kent this morning around 7:30, stopped for an all you can eat breakfast and meet Teresa Twyman who was also on her way to the rally, rode a few hours in liquid English sunshine and some actual sunshine, then a pub (I did tell you that Shaun was leading) and met perfessor KarlB and Julie and Kev and we all chatted and Kev got a round in so I still owe him two.

Shaun's on his M20, T & C on his A65, and me on the A10. Got here after about 7 hours on the road, no trouble so the bikes are well prepped. So far it's all good and I don't expect that to change!

Past my bedtime so more later...

Having a great time, you really should be here. Cotswolds are beautiful and we are out riding old bikes in the middle of it all.

A quick look at part of the American contingent and then I've got stuff to do.

Sent from me own Crab Peeler on a sunny Gloustershire day...

I'll give Marie all the hugs that she'll let me, but I'm not hugging that old curmudgeon she's got with her, a laurel and hearty handshake will have to do!

Slow working this little machine, Cotswolds hard core rain riders and scenery first...
