I would like to know what the big end journal size is please for a BSA A10 with a large journal crankshaft. Can anyone confirm that it is 1.680 inches ? This is the only size i can see online and in parts suppliers information.

STD is 1.6865" - 1.6870"

That also includes BSA A50 / A65

Grind in -.010" increments

Thanks for that C.B.S, i was measuring the big ends and wondering where the extra metal was coming from, 1.6865" makes sense.

yep .....the big journal A10 crank takes the same shells as the A65. However the timing side main bush is a different diameter to the a65 which is larger
