Hi,

I see that JH has posted an article on how to remove a sludge trap...that's a good start.

Buuttt I was looking on britbike a few months ago and saw an article on how to convert from 4 to 5 speed for a Triumph twin gearbox.....and try as I might - including searches on 5 speed and conversion etc - I haven't seen it since???

There was also one on 650 to 750 conversions [I think?].

Will it and the other articles I also saw be posted soon?

Hi
That article you refer to was posted by me.
I asked JH and he approved it.
I would love to post more or if someone else could do it.
If a certain thread works as article or how to then I can add links to this new forum so we can gather it to one place.
Keep on making suggestions and pass on links to these threads.

somewhere in here iz a post about installing a four zpeed cluster into a triumph 650. if its the one im thinking of'you put in the layshaft and gears, set the forks in place and slide the mainshaft in last.

works like a charm.

i uzed to spend half an hour just trying to get the shifter fork shaft in, and i put this last one together in ten minutez, first time.

that post should be stickied, but i cannot find it.

ill look.

every day you do not take a chance is a day of your life that you will never get back.

I just thought it would be a good thing to have them all in the section at the bottom of the forum page. Or a hot link to them at least.
