Any good shops on the eastern seaboard?

We have a 1961 AJS 650 Twin (Matchless Model 31) that hasn't run in a decade (at least).
I want to get it rebuilt / restored but don't have the time or more importantly the space in which to do so.

Does anyone know of a good shop in Delaware or the surrounding area?

Cheers
Wendell

If I decided to just pull the motor and gearbox, where would be a good place to send them for rebuild?
