Well, after ten years and around 250 heads, I have ceased production. My current batch is sold out. It's been a roller coaster ride that has given me much satisfaction, but, getting older, deafer and blinder, I really just want to relax and ride my Norton. So, if anybody wants a good "in" to the industry, all of my tooling, jigs and fixtures and machining programs etc, are on the market. I've already had a number of enquiries, but the business is now officially on the market. My e-mail address is kenc@upnaway.com if anybody is interested.

Well, China, I'll give you the drum ! I'm not into Norton twins, and in particular, not their franger bike iteration, but one must appreciate the effort you put in . I have seen an example of your product on friend's machine. Good on you !
Ride the wheels off your Norton ! All the best ! You put your money where your mouth was, and kept a dream alive for quite a few !

Interesting exercise Ken, proved that brit bike owners and their cash can be parted. !
Great service in spotting a need you then provided, by all accounts.
250 heads at say $3000 each (retail) is a $750,000 total turnover.
Not bad, and folks are already lamenting they are all gone.

Sigh, but still no dyno chart comparo to show any improvements !
(Even with a free head to 'Dyno' dave... ?)
