Looks like it has a single carb head. I don't see it described as a Bonneville in the ad.

Are those bsa headlight ears? I can't see much but the top curve looks funny to me.

Must be one of those reasons for the "Telephone" game....highlighting how the original message totally changes by the time it gets to the last person. So, Bart223, did you just assume it was a Bonneville or have you met the seller and he told you that it is/was a Bonneville ? No harm no foul if you just assumed that but if the seller told you that, that is something a potential buyer from this board will want to know going in to a possible buy.

From what I can see and gather by the fact it has an 18" wheel up front and Nacelle type top clamp, is that it is most likely a 6T Thunderbird 650.

From the ad:

Original, not restored, 650 pre-unit twin. Matching #'s.
This bike was brought over from Europe with the European rear # plate and 18" front wheel, not a 19". Original owners manual, title and even a vintage sales brochure. Tires are orig and hold air (not sure if I'd take a long trip on them though) Have orig windshield, not shown and in fair/less then fare condition.
This bike has not been on road for over 45yrs. Dirty from long storage.
OH, yes it runs.

Yes, they definitely are BSA headlight ears/brackets.

Jon; Sorry for the confusion. A friend told me that there was an old Bonneville for sale in town. I'm not up on all the old models so I couldn't tell from the photo that it wasn't a Bonneville. I did just zoom in on the photo with the owners manual though, and it say it's for a Trophy (TR6).

I don't want to waste the sellers or my time, but If anyone on this site is serious about purchasing it let me know what questions you have and I'll meet with the owner, get you the info and take some more photos.

On the original UK plate it shows as originating in Maidstone Kent UK (not far from London).
Just another gem from my vast repository of useless information!
