A bit of a "pig in a poke" I bet the special parts that make a firebird are missing.

Right off the bat, you can see that the front forks and wheel aren't '69-'70 and there is an oil tank from an earlier Unit single or for various Pre-Unit models in the mix as well. However, the good news is that there is a steel Firebird gas tank on top of the lot.

Looking a bit deeper looks like there could be a correct firebird front fender under the a65 one. There is two different oil tanks in the blue milk crate.
