About all I know, it's a Matchless twin. Motor number is G15/45217. What model and year would it be? It belongs to my brother, who will never do anything with it. It's missing some things, like the seat, magneto, pipes. It has a little over 14 thousand miles showing. Someone gave it to him over30 years ago. I know he will think it's worth thousands. About the only thing it has going for it is it has been in a shed with a roof, and it turns over. It does have all the sheet metal from what I can see. What would be a realistic offer. Thanks for any info. Stan

It's a Matchless G15, easy! You can search online for values.

The early G15 had a 750cc Matchless engine in it,
[Linked Image]

and the later ones had Norton 750 cc engines in them,
about exactly like the Atlas and other AMC hybrids had.

Quite what its worth as is will have to be decided between you and your bro, but these are fairly collectable and quite ridable bikes, and if its 100% there then this is a great way to find them.
Have fun...
