I decided to just buy a new seat so I have a pan with foam from my 70 TR6C project. Fits bonneville and other models. In good shape. No rust, dents, dings on pan. Foam does not have any tears. See pics. I painted the pan a semi-gloss but it will need to be repainted as I did some sanding around the edges to clean up the glued areas. I actually did a nice job recovering the seat but decided to screw it up by taking a heat gun to it - and proceeded to melt the cover. I have decided to buy a new seat instead of trying to recover again.

Does not include any mounting hardware.

$110 - that includes shipping to continental US.

PM if interested
