Last June, my subscription was due.It didn't go through because I had to change credit card numbers because of a compromise.
On June 18th I received notice I was removed from the Premium Member list.
On June 19th, I had the problem corrected and received a Payment Received notice from Morgan.
On June 21st, I received a notice I was being removed from the Premium Member list again for non payment.
I went into my paypal account to look for payment history. It was paid. I waited for the credit card statement to arrive. It did and the payment was noted.
In the meantime I ask my questions on a post from someone else.
On July 13th, I received the End Of Term Notice.
On July 15th, Steve Erickson sent a message to me that he would look into it, but it had to go through Morgan to be fixed.
Steve also said I should start my own thread in case others are having the same problem.
July 16th, Morgan sent notice that I had been Manually entered as a Premium Member.
Now at the approximate 6 month mark, I am tossed again.
December 21st I received notice I'm removed from the Premium Member list again.
I didn't receive a notice from paypal about a problem with payment, but I also thought the membership was for a year.
Is anyone else having these issues?

Frank,

I cannot look into it right but will asap, FYI there has been overtime different settings on the subscriptions

Those who started with 6 months recurring continued with paying automatically ea 6 months >>>
Those who started with 12 months recurring continued with paying automatically ea 12 months >>> this was stopped after critics that it was recurring
Those who started with 12 months non recurring stopped with a message after 12 months. This option is only available now for new accounts after above critics.

I have set so that if the auto payments don't work then after 3 days a new attempt is made and again after 3 days and when failure it stops.
It happen that members start a new membership which could be disrupted by another closing it later.
I'm not happy with that there are three different types of options working at the same time however I'll lookinto it when faults happen.
Luckeliy only a few time during all these years.

I would like you to send me a PM about your case Frank as I don't wish to discuss your personal account in public.

BSAing you

Frank I checked and have corrected your account so it ends July 18 next year.
You have had old recurring membership and new so the problem is there, we just have to see what happen June 19th if you or me notice something I can act again then.
Happy Holidays
Morgan
