The velo battery is a B38-6 that is 99x57x108 (LxWxH). The empty rubber cases I have found are large PU7D (116x88x162) and small PUZ5D (92x92x140)

Can anyone comment on fit of either rubber case? or is there an actual 99x57x108 case available?????

TIA

I have a few nos Lucas batteries dating from the late forties which were obtained with a small horde of nos Velo bits of similar vintage I bought years ago. These have Lucas part # LJP7E and have nominal measurements of 89X121X165 which is close to what you are saying is a too large a size. I have used empty cases of similar size on both rigid and rs frame Velos with no modifications necessary to either the case or mounting pieces.
