Coolness! What a find!
Hard to say what would fit... Any clue as to whether it had 2 cycle engine or not? If memory serves, Indian Lance & Fire Arrow were 4 stroke engines. Of course, I may be completely wrong. Something small like a BSA Bantam might be easier to locate than the RE/Indian bits.. Happy hunting! The roller looks to be in great shape!

Regards!

Mike,
There were two versions available in '58 and '59 - the Mk1 and Mk2, both 2 stroke 150cc. Identical in all ways but the Mk2 was the "restricted" version (probably a smaller carb fitted, but I don't have a parts book to verify). Should be the same motor as the English market Ensign??? Try Hitchcocks or Burtons. Either is bound to have a motor being used as a door stop. FWIW.

Looks like a fun and challenging project Mike! Here's an article on the Lance from David Blasco's blog...
