Can someone confirm (or otherwise) that a 1949 M21 has 8g spokes on the front and 10g on the rear? My bike has this, but new parts I've got are the opposite.

Hi Howley, The BSA Service Sheet No.714 shows that the 1949 M21 had 10 gauge spokes in the front and 8 gauge spokes in the rear. It also states the part numbers and the lengths of the spokes.
Beezageezauk.
