Looks like 59B 4 EL
Also have a 67-1106 H54 AM

Can you tell me if A10 or A7
Can you tell me if RR or SR

Google found 67-1106 but not the other I also tried 69B 4 EL

59B 4 EL is not a part number. Those numbers on the side seem to have started being stamped around 1959 but no one seems to know what they mean.
The part number for that head should be on the bottom of the manifold.
The other number that you quoted is from a Road Rocket. It should have a detachable manifold.
H54 is the date code. H = month, 54 = year. AM is the foundry.

here is maybe the definitive resource for these heads with casting numbers and (better, haha) pictures, plug away there and you will know all.

67-1549 is a "big valve" head, Red. Nominally from 1960 on but possibly fitted to 1959 on U.S. Rockets.

I Have a 59 SR has a 67-1126 head on it.
I have a 63 SR has 67-1549
I will keep them on the shelf for a build someday.

Red, sorry off the subject, but the opening night for Bike Night in Owego is next Wednesday, the 25th. I'll be there if it's not raining. Sure would like to see more Brit bikes there!
