I've always wondered where we all are located. I know in South Carolina, there's me and OB1. If we each list our state, maybe we can do a tally say by week's end? And country, shire, also so we can see those abroad?

Just an idea

Cheers

Richard

Nanaimo, B.C. Canada on Vancouver Island off the west coast where it isn't snowing but just raining again. There are quite a few of us in this area and many more on the mainland of B.C. where, if one is away from the coast it could well be snowing.....Cheers, Wilf

I claim two residences. Ohio for the winter, 'cause the wife is a teacher, and North Carolina 'cause I got to pick my retirement home! When the wifey retires, it will be NC full time. Three more winters to go.

There's already a place to display one's location in the "Profile" section that will show up on every post, if anyone is so inclined .... ?

Of course, I'm in Vermont. I think there are maybe 3 to 4 members tops, including myself, from this state.

So rough count after one day...

Ohio - 7
Maryland - 3
South Carolina- 2
North Carolina- 2
Vermont - 1
Texas - 1
Florida - 1
Barrie, Ontario, Canada - 1
Nanaimo, BC, Canada - 1

This isn't scientific or a race. Just a really rough distribution as to where we are. It's hopefully not seen as a delve into privacy. If someone wishes not to give a state or province or shire, that's plenty OK! A possible benefit is that a newly arrived member might discover a bit of help is acrros the way that they never knew was there. Or maybe a riding buddy might be found. But other than that, if you're like me you love useless trivia that is interesting but may not figure in saving the planet or such. smile

Cheers. Keep them coming. I'll end the count, say, 6 p.m. EST (11 p.m. GMT) Sunday, if that suits.

Well Bryan, y'all don't have States do you? But Shires should count...and Provinces or whatever else others live in. Most countries divide up into something don't they?
