just looking at a panther ive had for a while and notice the v5c says P&M , is this a mistake and should I try and get it changed to Panther

P&M (Phelon & Moore) made the Panther.

Panther is regarded as the make, usually, but P&M is not exactly wrong, either. "Panther" sort of evolved from a model name, to a marque.

The original log book may have had P&M down as the make.

yes I will leave as is , DVLA would never understand so may just open a can of worms
