well, i made it this year, on friday. took the little toy pickup truck and three curious children up on friday morning.

came home saturday afternoon with the children and this too

bingo, shel. 1974.

starts well enough, if i do everything right. according to the seller it set for most of the last 20 years in a collector's basement. won't go over 40, just leans out. when it's warm enough to idle you can reach down and push a tickler and the idle will go up 200 rpm, so it looks like the carbs are all varnished up.

i've had an old twin for a long time, but this triple stuff is new to me.
