...not of course forgetting the Britbike 2010 calendar but what else (reasonably !) would you like to see under the Xmas tree in a fortnight's time ?

A Gen-U-wine offer of a better job.

Or...

More holiday allowance.

Or...

A redundancy cheque.

Or...

Early retirement with LOADS of dosh.

Or...

Oh well YOU get the idea wink

A big shed with room for fettling in the dry, that'd be nice

Don't kid about the redundancy cheque I've just dodged one of those but it's coming in 3 months once I've trained my replacements!

I like the idea of early retirement with lots of dosh though.

Have you got to spend time in Doncaster or Rotherham for that delight?

Yep

I've managed to get 3 days a week in Doncaster and 2 days "working" at home!!

Plus all my petrol paid so technically I'll be a little better off, for a short time anyways

Are you staying up there? 'Cos it's 100 miles and 2 hours driving each way.

stagehand work is HARD on gloves...but i DID just get a new pair of leather gloves for rope handling tasks...

other than that, nothing pops into mind....
