867cc Big Bore kit for Triples

-Sandcast Alloy 356 Aluminum Block
-Extra Thick Walls Around Base Flange - Resists Cracking & Distortion
-Additional 8 tapped holes for Cylinder Head Hold-down bolts
-Centrifugally Cast Chrome-Moly Iron Liners by L.A. Sleeve

Kit Includes:

-Forged, CNC Machined Pistons with Rings, Wrist Pins & Clips
-Alloy 7075 Tappet Guide Blocks
-Head Gasket

This casting is the same one that I use for my NiCom-plated 750 blocks which have gone through considerable testing on my AHRMA 750 Sportsman roadracer. The block was originally designed with a big bore application in mind-- thicker walls than the stock block so that cracking around the base flange is not a worry.
This kit is not added to the TriplesRule website yet so if you need more info please contact me at t150v@aol.com

Thanks Alex. It looks like I may be a BSA owner yet. A guy in our classic bike club has a Rocket 3 that he's willing to barter for some stuff for his other triples. I'm stoked. It's a runner and mostly there. It has a 3 into 1 on it but I'm planning to put on the rayguns I had on the racer when it was set up for production class.

That is really nice Pat, triples are really nice at that displacement, pity the factory never built a hot 867 BSA with Rob North frame and the 5speed. Why didn't they spend money on sensible things instead of 3 wheelers etc?
