been a while but this christmass the new engine is work in progress. solved the axiaal end float voodoo, made a new bearing out of some phosphor bronze. in the end it is just a 5,25 mm thick slab of bronze, milled to the correct dimensions. end float is now 0,04 mm
next jobs on the list are: 1. camshaft 2. the SRM-Oilpump 3. gearbox, pity the five-speed from Scotland isn't available yet so have to resort to the four-speed.
