Here is a screenshot of a post/reply window. After you copy the image address you then click on the button that the red arrow is pointing toward and it will show text such as insert a non floating image, which is the one you want to use, click on that and it will open a small window that asks for you to paste your image address into. As shel pointed out, it will put [img] and [/img] before and after the image address or URL.
